Through this service, you can apply for notarising a contract whereby the principal appoints another person to act on his behalf in managing or disposing of real estates, e.g. farms, industrial, residential, or commercial lands, residential units and any other real estates. He may also authorise the attorney’s signature._

- Submit the application and required documents through any available channels.
- Pay the applicable fees once the request is approved.
- Verify your appearance before the Notary Public through any available means.
- Receive the notarised POA.

Rules and Conditions
- For farmlands, the attorney must be the principal’s relative up to the fourth degree.
- For the sale of residential lands granted by the government, no POA shall be issued unless a certificate of completion of construction is issued by the competent authorities.
- The maximum period for the POA validity is 3 calendar years after the date of notarisation.
- If the applicant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
- If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
- Any document issued abroad must be attested by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
